Xi Sui Jing
Xi Sui Jing is the Bone Marrow Brain Cleansing Qi Gong that was found on a scroll in a chest at Shao Lin temple by Bodhidharma who is also known as Da Mo. This classic was hidden and cultivated by the Shao Lin monks and over time has developed many different variations. I believe that our lineage Xi Shi Jing must be legitimate because it is an advanced practice that accompanies Yi Chuan, Ba Men Peng, Zhan Zhuang and the Ba Gua Zhang Lian Xi Fa in helping to develop “Peng” or ultimate stability and alignment for internal power.
This practice has several Qi enhancing aspects and the practitioner practices visualization meditations and breath control while performing the unique practice of cleaning the chakras with the open palm. The element of chakra cleansing shows the obvious yogic origins of Bodhidharma’s teachings. This is an excellent form for harmonizing the chakras to work together connecting the meridians with the etheric body or aura while simultaneously developing “peng”, supreme balance and stability.
The practitioner learns the various acupuncture points that signify the main energy gates of the body and develops a sensitivity for their own transmittable Qi. Like the well-known energy healing modalities of Reiki, Quantum Touch and Pranic Healing, Xi Sui Jing develops healing hands. First, they practice on themselves and develop a sensitivity for their own Qi, then they can learn to use this force on others who can feel it as either heat or a light tingling feeling. Energy healing is very real and this Bone Marrow Brain Cleansing practice enhances healing ability to the highest levels.
