Gong Li – Strength Practice
Gong Li Quan Lian Fa means Physical Strength/Achievement Power/Force Fist Practice Method. Gong Li incorporates punching and stepping drills that train the student for core kung fu movements that will allow for their advancement towards more difficult and athletic energy.
Gong Li’s practice progresses the Kung Fu student towards more difficult practices of our family Tan Tui and Duen Da. These three forms practiced together are considered the essence of Kung Fu.
